Morrinton Quarry

Thank you for visiting our website on a proposed extension to Morrinton Quarry.

We have been working on plans for an extension to the rear of Morrinton Quarry. it is an important part of the planning process that we explain our proposals, seek feedback, and take on board your comments.

Whilst Coronavirus restrictions have reduced, we felt it best to take a precautionary approach to any public gatherings given that many people remain wary of meeting indoors in larger numbers. We have therefore established this consultation website, to provide all the information normally displayed at a public exhibition. We will also hold two live events, where we will run through plans and have a question and answer session.

These will be held on Tuesday 26 October 6pm to 7.30pm and Tuesday 23 November 6pm to 7.30pm. Please contact [email protected] to register to attend.

We are aware that not everyone can access online information and paper copies of this website can be provided by contacting us.

We welcome your thoughts and comments on our proposals, but please note that these are not representations to the Planning Authority. When we submit our application to Dumfries and Galloway Council, there will be the normal opportunity to make representations to them.
